A service-provider marketplace for Romania that connects people who need a job done with verified tradespeople (builders, electricians, plumbers, painters, gardeners and cleaners) and gives providers the operational toolkit to run the work.
The problem
Hiring a tradesperson in Romania means asking around, chasing phone numbers and hoping the person who shows up is the one you were promised. Good providers depend on word of mouth, have no professional online presence, and lose time on leads that were never serious. Neither side has a single place to meet and transact reliably.
What we built
- A client describes the job and Servy matches it to verified providers in the area, with the details already filled in.
- Providers see real requests they can accept, quote for and manage through to completion, with a status the client can follow at every step.
- Each provider gets a public profile with a portfolio and customer reviews: a small-business front door rather than a lead list.
- An operational dashboard tracks incoming requests and active jobs, with analytics on performance and conversion so providers can see which work is worth taking.
- A React web application for clients and providers, plus a React Native mobile app for iOS and Android so providers can manage jobs from a site or a van rather than a desk.
A business toolkit, not a lead list
Servy treats providers as small businesses: verified profiles, reviews, an operational dashboard and conversion analytics. The end-to-end booking experience is being rolled out in stages, and early providers who sign up free during beta get priority activation at full launch.
